The Opportunity
Working collaboratively with Leaders and team members, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and supportive working environment across the business. You will provide both technical and operational safety support, with a strong focus on proactively identifying risks, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and helping embed safety as a people-first mindset — not just a compliance requirement.
With the opportunity to build on existing systems and practices, influence positive safety outcomes, and recommend practical preventative measures, this role will suit a proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused Safety professional who enjoys building strong relationships and driving meaningful change.
Based at our Edinburgh North site and reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, this full time role operates Monday to Friday.
