A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for Business Operations Coordinator reporting to the General Manager Field Services.
A bit about your role
As the Business Operations Coordinator, you will provide dynamic and end-to-end operational, logistical, and administrative support across Field Services, helping to keep teams connected, informed, and set up for success. You will work closely with leaders to coordinate priorities, manage business processes, and ensure the region operates with clarity and consistency.
A key focus of your role will be overseeing inventory and procurement activities, including managing workwear and merchandise stock, supplier relationships, and ordering processes. Through a hands-on yet forward-looking approach, you will monitor demand, forecast needs, and optimise supply processes to support a geographically dispersed workforce.
You will also bring structure and flow to operational rhythms by coordinating meetings, events, travel, reporting, and communications, as well as supporting project-based and engagement initiatives. By building strong connections across teams and stakeholders, you will help ensure information flows seamlessly, priorities stay aligned, and operational challenges are addressed with care and efficiency.
