A Clinical Project Manager oversees the planning and execution of clinical studies and digital health implementation projects for HeraMED's maternal health technologies. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with medical device regulations while coordinating with clinical, regulatory, and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage clinical research and digital health projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with hospitals, healthcare providers, and research partners.
- Ensure compliance with Australian TGA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and ISO 13485 standards.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Prepare project reports and present progress updates to senior management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, engineering, and quality assurance.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- Support product validation and post-market clinical studies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
