The Role
As Learning Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the hotel. Working closely with department leaders and the Human Resources team, you will design engaging training programs, support leadership development, and ensure teams have the skills and confidence to deliver the ANdAZ experience every day.
You will play a key role in onboarding new colleagues, embedding brand culture, and supporting ongoing professional growth across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hotel-wide learning and development pro
- Deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new colleagues
- Coordinate training across departments including service standards, brand culture, and operational skills
- Support leadership development and coaching for managers and supervisors
- Manage Hyatt learning platforms and compliance training requirements
- Identify training needs and create tailored development plans
- Track learning outcomes and training completion across teams
- Partner with department heads to support continuous improvement
- Champion a culture of curiosity, growth, and collaboration
