Having invested in the latest cutting edge technologies, this Bank is ready to launch into a new wave of data-driven solutions.
The Role:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data architecture strategies
- Drive data migration strategies, data lifecycle management, and processing pipelines, in an AWS environment
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, including metadata management, data quality, and master data management.
- Implement modern data architecture paradigms like Data Products, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Develop data models, schema designs, and data pipelines optimized for large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
- Implement data security, privacy, and compliance protocols in alignment with industry standards
- Lead initiatives to optimize existing data platforms and improve data processing efficiency across distributed systems.
- Provide technical leadership on large-scale data migrations and complex architectural changes.
- Ensure alignment between data architecture and business objectives, supporting advanced analytics and reporting initiatives.
This is a Hybrid working environment : 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Ideally, you will have:
- Extensive experience in data architecture implementation and end-to-end data lifecycle management on AWS in a complex ecosystem.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record in influencing and driving large-scale initiatives.
- Previous leadership role executing enterprise data transformations
- Full working rights in Australia is required for this role
