The Role
IPPUDO Australia is looking for passionate and reliable Cooks / Kitchen Staff to join our team at IPPUDO QV Melbourne.
Prepare and cook ramen, side dishes, and other menu items following IPPUDO’s recipes and standards
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet brand expectations
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
Support overall kitchen operations and collaborate with the team
Assist with stock rotation, preparation, and daily mise en place
Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not essential (training provided)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
Passion for food and Japanese cuisine
Flexible availability, including weekends
