Acquired Property Services is a locally owned and operated company specialising in commercial maintenance, insurance repairs, and carpentry services. We work with a wide range of national clients, including retail stores, medical facilities, childcare centres, and commercial businesses from Brisbane to Gympie.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Carpenter to join our Sunshine Coast team.
About the Role
This is a full-time position offering a variety of work, including:
- Commercial maintenance and repairs
- Insurance building repairs
- General carpentry and fit-outs
- Door, window and hardware installations
- Flooring, cladding and framing
- Minor renovations and refurbishment projects
- Working independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
- White Card
- Current Driver Licence
- Own tools
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage your workload
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, motivated and professional presentation
- Experience in commercial maintenance is highly regarded
