We are a leading provider of commercial cleaning services and are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Cleaners with strong communication skills to join our team.
This role involves cleaning multiple childcare centres across the following suburbs in inner Melbourne:
- Collingwood
- Richmond
- Brunswick
- Port Melbourne
- Prahran
- St Kilda
Successful candidates must be willing to travel between sites as required. Shifts are available Monday to Friday, offering 2–5 hours per day, commencing from 6:00 pm. A travel allowance will be paid for travel between sites in accordance with company policy.
The requirements
- Own vehicle and valid Australian driver's license
- A Police Check no older than 12 months
- Overseas police check - If you are not Australian Citizen
- Working With Children Check - Employee
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service approach and the ability to follow directions and work autonomously. Previous cleaning experience is essential. We are looking for cleaners who have the right values and want to work in demanding and challenging environments.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a high standard of cleaning, completing vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, mopping, and / or washroom cleaning.
- Following instructions and working without supervision.
- Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
- Following a roster and work in a timely manner.
- Reporting any issues.
