As a Field Service Technician, you’ll perform installations, maintenance, and break‑fix work across healthcare environments, ensuring systems are operating correctly and customers feel supported.
You’ll capture configuration data, assist with asset audits, and collaborate with senior technicians and the Technical Assistance Centre to resolve more complex issues.
You’ll represent Hills with professionalism, technical capability, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installations, break‑fix work, and support integration activities for Nurse Call and PES systems
- Conduct onsite troubleshooting and resolve standard to moderately complex technical issues
- Assist with asset audits and contribute to maintaining accurate CMDB and asset records
- Capture and document configuration data during onsite work
- Report OH\&S incidents, site hazards, and risks in line with company processes
- Provide evidence and support for OH\&S, SLA/MSA, and operational compliance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement and provide feedback to enhance field service delivery
- Support continuity testing and participate in project handovers where required
- Deliver high‑quality customer service that builds trust and strengthens relationships

Qualifications and Certifications

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/IT trades or equivalent experience
- Electrical License and/or Cabling License (mandatory)
- OH\&S Induction Card (White Card) and Working With Children Check (mandatory)
- ITIL Foundation certification (desirable but not required)
