Female Support Worker Wanted – Waterloo NDIS Participant
We are seeking a reliable, caring, and experienced support worker to assist an NDIS participant in Waterloo for 2 days per week.
The role involves providing practical in-home support and community access assistance in a respectful and professional manner.
Duties include:
- Cooking and meal preparation
- General cleaning and household tasks
- Support with community access
- Transport to local activities or appointments if required
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
- Maintaining privacy, dignity, and respect at all times
Requirements:
- Experience supporting NDIS participants preferred
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR preferred
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred
- Good communication skills
This position would suit someone who is dependable, kind, and confident providing both home and community-based support.

Days: 2 days per week
Start: Immediate start available
Pay: From $35.15 per hour
