What You’ll Do
- Build trusted, respectful relationships with children, young people, parents, and carers
- Deliver practical, evidence-informed support in home and community settings
- Strengthen family capacity, confidence, and independence
- Connect families with education, employment, and community resources
- Work collaboratively with Child Safety and partner services to provide coordinated support
- Maintain clear, accurate case notes that reflect progress and outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Genuine commitment to supporting children, young people, and families
- Strong ability to engage with people using a respectful, strengths-based approach
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts as required
- Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR (current or willing to obtain)
- Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification (completed or in progress) in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field
