Administration Officer – Youth Mental Health Initiative

About the role
A role of Administration Officer has become available in the newly established Youth Mental Health Initiative (YMHI). The position will be key role in supporting young people aged 12 to 25 years experiencing complex mental health needs. Based at Dubbo Community Mental Health, this part-time position provides administrative support to a multidisciplinary team working across Dubbo, Orange and Cowra.
Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the successful applicant will support the day-to-day operations of the service through a range of administrative functions, including records management, correspondence, meeting coordination, data entry and virtual support for clinicians across multiple locations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality and confidence using a variety of software systems are essential.
As a foundational member of the YMHI team, there isa unique opportunity to help establish and improve administrative processes that support this innovative service, while receiving ongoing support from the experienced Mental Health Drug and Alcohol administrative team.
