About the Role
We are a fast-growing second-hand truck buying and selling business based in Sydney and are currently seeking three high-performing Truck Sales Consultants to join our team.
This is a genuine high-income sales role with uncapped commissions, strong lead flow, and quality stock ready to sell. It is best suited to motivated sales professionals who want their performance to directly reflect their earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Buy and sell second-hand trucks across NSW and Australia
- Work with transport operators, fleet buyers, and business owners
- Negotiate pricing and close high-value transactions
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business

About You
- Proven sales experience (automotive or truck sales preferred but not essential)
- Minimum 2 years heavy truck sales experience required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to perform
- Immediate availability is an advantage
- Australian citizenship required for this position
