We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our busy and established restaurant at Westfield Chermside.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong experience in Australian restaurants, Western-style management and beverage operations.
About the Role
* Lead all front-of-house operations and service standards
* Recruit, train and develop a professional FOH team
* Manage rosters, labour costs and staff performance
* Deliver a high standard of customer service
* Drive restaurant and beverage sales
* Manage wine, beer, spirits and cocktail service
* Work closely with the kitchen and management team
* Handle customer feedback professionally
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in restaurant management
* Strong Australian hospitality experience
* Proven leadership and people-management skills
* Good knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and cocktails
* Experience in beverage sales, stock control and staff beverage training
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong commercial and customer-service focus
* Current RSA
* Full Australian working rights
