About the Role
Gambino is looking for energetic, passionate bartenders to join our growing team.
Our two-level venue combines modern Italian dining with one of Melbourne's largest rooftop destinations, serving premium cocktails, wines and a vibrant atmosphere. Whether it's a busy Friday night, a private function or a relaxed dinner service, you'll be part of creating memorable experiences for every guest.
We're looking for team members who love hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving a range of classic and signature cocktails.
- Pouring beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Providing friendly, engaging service to every guest.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
- Assisting with stock rotation and restocking throughout service.
- Processing orders efficiently and accurately.
- Working closely with the floor team to ensure seamless service.
- Upholding RSA, food safety and venue standards at all times.
About You
- Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant or cocktail venue.
- Passion for cocktails, wine and hospitality.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services.
- Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player.
- Current Victorian RSA certificate.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
