Front of House All-Rounder – More Than Bites Cafe

More Than Bites Cafe is a busy Asian fusion brunch cafe looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front of House All-Rounder to join our team.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love providing great customer service, and are happy to jump in wherever needed, we’d love to hear from you!
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Taking orders and serving food and beverages.
Preparing espresso coffee and a variety of hot and cold drinks.
Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Washing dishes and keeping the cafe clean and organised.
Setting up the cafe before opening and assisting with closing duties.
Restocking supplies and maintaining presentation standards.
Assisting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and other tasks as required.
Working collaboratively with both front and back of house to ensure smooth daily operations.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Provides exceptional customer service.
Can work efficiently in a busy cafe environment.
Has barista experience or is willing to learn.
Is reliable, punctual, and well presented.
Is able to multitask and work as part of a team.
We’re looking for someone who could work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Weekends.
