We are looking for Hot Food section Kitchen staff (From 20 - 25 Hours per week, mostly regular hours) Restaurant Award 1 + Annual Leave + Super. (Potential for increase in rate as you progress) seeking long term member that understands Japanese food and culture.
Requirement for this role.
- Have knowledge and understanding of Japanese food and culture or be willing to learn
- Basic knife skills to prepare ingredients for sushi
- Be available either 7am - 12pm or 12pm - 5pm
- Sushi or similar experience welcome and honoured depending on the experience
- Australian residents welcome
- English communication skills
- Must have Australian working rights
