We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Audiologist and people leader to manage teams and operations across our clinics in the Greater Sydney region. As the Senior Clinician In Charge (SCIC), you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the clinical and client care teams within the region while simultaneously providing exceptional clinical and customer service to clients as an Audiologist. Reporting to the National Sales & Operations Manager Neurosensory and part of the Sales & Operations Leadership team, in this role you will be responsible for 5 clinics with a team of 12-14 direct reports.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and is ideally based at our St Vincents clinic in Sydney/Darlinghurst.

What will you be doing?
- Ensure best practice and exceptional customer service is being provided by the entire clinical and client care team
- Lead and mentor a team of 12-14 direct reports, fostering a high-performance and supportive culture and provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
- Ensure that your clinics’ consistently meet or exceed budget requirements
- Ensure exceptional patient care, address concerns, and maintain a strong local reputation for Neurosensory services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ENT specialists and industry bodies.
- Ensure all clinics adhere to company policies, marketing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead regional marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive adult and paediatric audiological assessments in accordance with current best practice and the Company’s clinical protocols and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
- Perform paediatric testing including Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) and Conditioned Play Audiometry (CPA).
- Deliver individualised rehabilitation plans, including hearing aid selection, fitting, real-ear verification (REM), and follow up care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and in line with with Medicare, HSP and DVA requirements.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Audiology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and advanced clinical expertise in all facets of Audiology.
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders, including clinicians, customers, and industry professionals.
Strong leadership capability, with experience leading and motivating clinical/client care teams.
Demonstrated skills in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to managing daily challenges and leading through change with strong organisational, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to clinic performance and growth.
