About the role
We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Billing & Remediation to be responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and defensibility of the billing ecosystem, ensuring customers receive fair, transparent and reliable billing outcomes.
Day-to-day, you will:

Act as the business owner for the GLIDE billing platform, ensuring integrity, consistency and defensibility across all configuration and rule‑based billing outcomes.

Own enterprise billing and remediation policies, ensuring clarity, accuracy and compliance with regulatory, contractual and customer obligations.

Own and govern all business rules impacting billing, including classification, vehicle identification, trip construction, stitching logic, rating rules, fees and remediation logic.

Ensure a strong control environment across billing, rules governance and remediation processes.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

Proven experience in billing, charging, remediation, risk, or customer reliability functions within a complex or regulated environment.

Demonstrated leadership in managing business rules, policies, or billing product ownership.

Strong technical understanding of billing engines, product configuration, trip construction, classification, and pricing frameworks.

Experience working with outsourced providers or SI partners on operational or platform issues.
