Australian Fresh Milk Holdings (AFMH) is a world class dairy farming company focused on the sustainable production of high quality fresh milk. AFMH operates multiple sites across eastern Australia. Dairy operations are located at Moxey Farms in Gooloogong, NSW, as well as Coomboona Farms in Coomboona, VIC. In addition, AFMH operates Ladysmith Farms a young stock operation near Wagga Wagga, NSW and extensive cropping land in Torrumbarry, VIC.
- Caring for late stage pregnancy cows
- Assisting cows with calving when required
- Processing and caring for newly calved cows
- Handling and care of newborn calves
- Identification of health conditions and administering of treatments under the guidance of our onsite vets
- Must have general livestock experience
- A strong work ethic with good time management skills
- Good communication skills with a strong team spirit and a commitment to attendance and punctuality
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to protocols and safety standards.
- A current driver’s license with access to own transport
- Q Fever immunity, or must be willing to undertake a Q Fever test and immunisation
