Holborne Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Solid Plastering Trainer and Assessor to deliver the CPC31020 Certificate III in Solid Plastering.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified solid plasterer who is ready to share their trade skills, support students and contribute to the development of work-ready construction professionals.
The role will involve:
- Delivering practical, engaging and competency-based training and assessment.
- Demonstrating solid plastering techniques, tool use, WHS practices and workplace procedures.
- Supporting students during practical activities, projects and simulated workplace tasks.
- Maintaining accurate attendance, progress and assessment records through the LMS.
- Providing clear feedback and support to help students achieve competence.
- Participating in validation, continuous improvement and industry engagement activities.
To be successful, you will need:
- Certificate III in Solid Plastering or equivalent trade qualification.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent that meets current regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of recent solid plastering industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction site practices and WHS requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to support diverse learners.
- Current work rights in Australia.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
