Metroll Toowoomba is seeking two reliable and safety-focused Night Loaders / Forklift Operators to join our busy operations team.
Metroll is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of quality metal building products and accessories, supporting customers across the commercial and residential construction industries.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment, takes pride in safe work practices, and is committed to getting the job done right.
About the Role
Working as part of the operations team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products, supporting production requirements, and ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Safely load delivery vehicles and customer pick-ups

Load and unload external transport vehicles
-
Operate forklifts to move and position products throughout the yard

Remove finished products from production lines

Place products onto designated racks and storage areas

Prepare and secure customer orders for dispatch

Shrink-wrap shed kits and customer orders
-
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Support the wider operations team as required
About You
-
Current forklift licence (essential)
-
HR or HC truck licence highly regarded

Experience in warehousing, transport, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environments preferred

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team

Good time management skills with the ability to work independently Available for immediate start
