Job Description:
- Play an active role in promoting Golf Paradise Pro Shop through engaging Instagram posts and stories.
- Provide exceptional customer service both online and in-store to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Efficiently and accurately fulfill online orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage bookings for our indoor golf simulator, assisting customers with scheduling and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist with general retail duties including merchandise display, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
Requirements:
- Passion for golf with a basic understanding of the sport and its equipment.
- Enthusiastic and personable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle online platforms and social media, particularly Instagram.
- Reliable and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including weekends.
