The Opportunity
Based at our Croydon branch in Melbourne, this pivotal role works under the direction and guidance of the National Sales Operations Manager. As our National Business Sales Support Analyst, you won’t just crunch numbers—you will translate complex data into powerful, actionable insights that shape our commercial strategies. From deep-diving into partner data to identifying market gaps, your work will directly influence customer-specific decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Data & Trend Analysis: Utilise sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Strategic Support: Dissect partner data by price, wine varietal, and size to pinpoint market gaps. Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support sales strategies and business objectives.

Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research on consumer behaviour, preferences, and emerging trends to identify new business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Inform and influence customer-specific strategies, working closely with the sales team to turn data into revenue.
