About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and socially savvy Game Host to join our team! This is not your typical front-of-house role. We need someone who is a natural connector—a "vibes expert" who understands that the magic happens when the host becomes part of the experience.
Your main mission is to facilitate immersive gameplay while actively engaging with our guests. You aren't just running a game; you’re the life of the party, ensuring every group feels energized, welcomed, and fully immersed in the experience.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamic Game Hosting: Lead, manage, and facilitate games with high energy, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication from start to finish.
Active Engagement: Step into the game when needed to break the ice, facilitate interaction, and maintain a high-energy atmosphere. You are the bridge that brings guests together.
Vibe Management: Read the room! Be proactive in sensing the group’s energy levels and use your personality and social skills to keep the environment fun, inclusive, and exciting.
Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service by building quick rapport with guests, making them feel comfortable, and ensuring they leave with a memorable, "wow" experience.
Safety & Logistics: Ensure all activities are conducted safely and adhere to venue policies while maintaining the game space.
