We are looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager (AI SDLC) to join the FinXL consulting team. In this pivotal role, you will represent FinXL on a long-term engagement with one of Australia's leading telecommunications enterprises. This is a special opportunity to be at the forefront of a major digital overhaul, orchestrating the future of SDLC driven AI tooling and delivery.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the transition toward AI tooling adoption across the entire SDLC, focusing on groundbreaking, custom in-house AI tools and LLM platforms.
Partner closely with Lead Engineers to pioneer and implement advanced engineering practices.
Champion technical change management, ensuring smooth organisational adoption of new AI capabilities.
Navigate and deliver major milestones operating within a dynamic hybrid Agile and Waterfall environment.
Act as a strategic enabler, unblocking engineering teams by creatively solving complex technical challenges.
Key Skills & Experience
A strong understand of software development / SDLC, and AI tooling to support SDLC delivery.
An understanding of Java and Golang environments would be desireable.
A proven track record as a Technical PM, particularly in establishing robust SDLC engineering governance.
Exceptional skills in technical change management and a talent for overcoming organisational resistance.
The ability to thrive in ambiguity, confidently managing multiple, concurrent development streams.
