About the role

Join DASAS: Support the Drug & Alcohol Specialist Advisory Service (DASAS) by keeping rosters, payroll and daily priorities running smoothly, accurately and on time.

Detail matters: Maintain accurate patient records, data, reports and documentation, ensuring a high standard of quality and confidentiality.

Admin all-rounder: Coordinate reporting, audits, meeting minutes, document management, supplies and a range of day-to-day administrative tasks.

People person: Communicate confidently with clinicians, staff and customers while delivering professional, responsive and positive service.

Team player with initiative: Thrive in a busy environment, work collaboratively and provide support across reception, leave coverage and the wider DASAS team
About you

Organised & On Top of It: Excellent time management skills, with the initiative to juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines and keep things moving in a busy environment.

Tech-Savvy & Efficient: Confident with Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint — with a typing speed of at least 50 WPM.

Patient-Focused: Previous healthcare experience with knowledge of patient administration systems and a compassionate, respectful approach to patients and carers.

Calm Under Pressure: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing a diverse workload and contributing positively as part of a team.

Great Communicator & Problem Solver: Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the confidence to troubleshoot issues and communicate respectfully with people from diverse and marginalised backgrounds.
