About the Role
Be a key part of our highly skilled CNC machining team - work alongside experienced machinists and engineers.
Put your programming and machining expertise to work programming, setting and operating medium and large 3 & 5-axis CNC machining centres to produce complex, high-precision components for the defence and aerospace industries.

Your Responsibilities
- Program, set and operate CNC milling machines.
- Produce high precision components to exact engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Select and use precision measuring equipment.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards.
- Follow safe work practices with a "Safety Before Production" mindset.
- Work collaboratively with a highly skilled machining team.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys machining and takes pride in producing quality work.
You'll also bring:
- Trade qualification in Fitting & Turning (or equivalent).
- Solid CNC machining experience within manufacturing or engineering.
- Experience programming CNC milling machines.
- CAM programming experience (Mastercam, PowerMill or similar) highly regarded.
- Experience operating 3 & 5 axis machining centres.
- Experience with Heidenheim, Siemens and/or Fanuc controls.
- Strong ability to read engineering drawings.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
