As the Administration Officer this position provides frontline reception and administrative support for the Multidisciplinary team and clients of the Illawarra Transitional Aged Care Service (ITACS).

ITACS provides a time-limited, goal-oriented service for older people who would benefit from additional low intensity therapy in their own homes as well as assisting with the decision-making process around long term care service supports.
As the administration officer in ITACS you will provide administrative support to a large multidisciplinary team, respond to enquiries from clients and other external stakeholders, communicate and liaise with management and complete high level reports.

A little about us.
As a part of the new Shellharbour Hospital and Integrated Services Project, a new Community Health Centre is being built on the old Port Kembla Hospital site. The Warrawong Community Health Centre will bring together a range of services including community mental health, drug and alcohol, community nursing, and child and family services.
Until the new Community Centre is complete, some allied health services will continue to operate out of the Port Kembla Hospital site.
