Gold Coast’s ultimate beach club is on the hunt for experienced bartenders to join the Cali Beach team.
This role is for confident, fast, and polished bartenders who know how to handle high-volume service while keeping standards high and vibes higher.
The Role
We’re looking for bartenders with proven experience in:
- High-volume cocktail & service bars
- Premium spirits, cocktails, and bottle service environments
- Fast-paced nightlife or beach club venues
About You
You are:
- An experienced bartender (minimum 1+ years preferred)
- Confident working busy services and large sections
- Strong with cocktails, speed, and consistency
- Professional, well-presented, and reliable
- A team player with great energy
- Available Friday–Sunday
