About The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Armadale store. This is a full-time position working Sunday - Thursday.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes exceptional customer experience is in the details.
You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to:
- Help drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Keep operations running smoothly (stock, VM, compliance)
- Ensure the store always feels calm, clean, welcoming and beautifully stocked
- Handle customer questions and concerns with care
You’ll be a true brand ambassador - bringing The Memo DNA to life every day. That means energy, warmth, initiative and a genuine desire to help.
About You:
You’re an experienced Assistant Store Manager who pairs genuine care with strong customer instinct.
You:
- Have proven experience in a similar retail role
- Lead by example and bring positive energy to your team
- Have a customer first mind set
- Thrive in fast paced environments
- Have strong communication skills
- Have VM experience and a keen eye for detail
