About the Role
As an Employment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping job seekers secure sustainable, meaningful employment. You’ll be part of a supportive and high-performing team where your energy, ideas, and initiative will be valued.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm) working from our Sunshine office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting job seekers to secure and maintain long-term employment
- Delivering tailored strategies, coaching, and interventions to achieve outcomes
- Building strong relationships with local employers and community groups
- Providing high-quality recruitment and training support services
- Meeting performance targets while maintaining a high standard of compliance
