About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, the successful candidate will provide document control support to the Projects Department, assisting with the management, organisation and distribution of project documentation across the Greenbushes Lithium Operation. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in document control within a supportive team environment, where you'll receive guidance and mentoring from experienced Document Controllers.
Responsibilities include:
assisting with the maintenance of project drawing registers and document management systems;
creating and maintaining project folder structures and document filing systems;
filing, organising and distributing project documentation to internal and external stakeholders;
supporting Project Managers with documentation requirements, audits and reporting;
maintaining document control standards, numbering systems and document lifecycle processes;
preparing meeting minutes and project reports as required; and
maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of project documentation.
About the Candidate:
proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite;
strong organisational and time management skills;
excellent written and verbal communication skills;
the ability to follow established procedures and processes;
a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team; and
a professional approach with a commitment to confidentiality.
