What You’ll Do
Rebuilds, strip downs and reassembly of CAT equipment and components
Diagnostics, inspections and quality checks
Scheduled maintenance and adjustments
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop
Working closely with supervisors and teammates
What you’ll bring
Australian‑recognised mechanical trade (e.g., Cert III Mobile Plant)
Certificate of Proficiency (can be obtained during recruitment if required)
Experience with electric drive equipment (desirable but not essential if you’re eager to learn)
Strong diagnostic capability
Commitment to safe work practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
