Your Days Will Look Like:
- Leading a landscaping crew and managing the installation of softscapes and hardscapes.
- Overseeing everything from site preparation to planting and paving installations.
- Reading and interpreting landscape plans, ensuring every project runs like clockwork.
- Providing training and mentoring for your team to deliver the highest-quality results.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring the health and safety of the crew.
- Working alongside clients to ensure we’re exceeding expectations and meeting deadlines.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven leadership experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- An impressive understanding of softscaping, hardscaping, and landscape construction.
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or similar qualifications).
- Plant operating License (or willingness to get certified).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail—your team respects you for your methodical approach.
- A passion for delivering top-quality work, safely and efficiently.
