Bondi Boulangerie is looking for a motivated, friendly and reliable Barista / Bakery All-Rounder to join our Bondi Beach team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in customer service, and can work independently while maintaining high standards.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Making high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and sales
- Preparing a limited range of sandwiches and savoury items
- Restocking displays and maintaining bakery presentation
- Opening and closing the store
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Supporting the team across all areas of bakery operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ barista experience in Australia
- Have previous experience working in hospitality and/or retail
- Be confident working independently and taking initiative
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be organised, reliable and punctual
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in quality, presentation and attention to detail
- Be available to work weekends as required
