Job description:
We are currently seeking motivated and responsible individuals for Casual support worker positions. The client has specifically requested for only female support workers.
Reporting to the Management (Operation Team), you will be required to appropriately support participants with their needs and to reach their goals.
Essential Criteria :
* Certificate 3 in Disability Support, Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting clients with various disabilities or challenging behaviors.
* Punctuality and Commitment to supporting the needs of our participants.
* Have a valid :
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- (Australian) Driver Licence
- First Aid Certificate & CPR
- Visa/VEVO (the right to work in Australia)
- National Police Check

Communication Style:
* Clear and direct communication is essential to ensure understanding and comfort.
Professional Qualifications:
- Experience in Person-Centred Care: Must demonstrate a solid understanding of person-centred care principles, including how it is applied in everyday situations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Identification and Reporting of Concerns: Must be proactive in identifying issues or changes in the participant’s condition and reporting them appropriately.
- Language Proficiency: A strong grasp of the English language for effective communication and understanding of the participant’s needs and values.
Personal Attributes:
- Driving Skills: Must be an experienced driver with a clean, well-maintained, and hygienic vehicle.

Pay: $36.00 – $38.00 per hour
