About the role
Based in our Malaga office, you will play a key role in supporting customers, managing accounts, and driving sales growth within the WA mining sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing accurate quotes and sourcing products for customer needs
- Managing orders, enquiries, and follow-ups end-to-end
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Growing sales within established accounts
- Identifying new opportunities for business growth
- Supporting wider team operations where required
About you
- Experience in internal sales, account management, customer service, or similar preferred but all applicants encouraged to apply
- Exposure to mining, industrial, hardware, or trade environments (highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Motivated to learn and develop within the role
