Today, we're one of Australia's fastest-growing burger brands, with ambitious plans for the future and a network of passionate Franchise Partners and Support Office teams driving our success. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Head of Operations to lead our national operations function and help shape the next chapter of Burger Urge.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a pivotal senior leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across our corporate and franchised venues nationwide.
You'll provide strategic direction, lead a high-performing operations team, and partner closely with Franchise Partners and venue leaders to deliver strong commercial outcomes, exceptional customer experiences, and sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building capability, and knows how to translate strategy into action.

Lead and execute Burger Urge's national operations strategy

Drive sales growth, profitability and venue performance across the network

Build capability and accountability across all levels of the business

Partner with Franchise Partners to optimise operational performance and commercial outcomes

Oversee labour management, cost control, inventory and compliance standards

Ensure consistent execution of operational procedures and customer experience standards

Lead new venue openings and support network expansion initiatives

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across systems and processes
You'll bring a combination of operational credibility, commercial acumen and exceptional people leadership.
Ideally, you'll have:

Senior multi-site leadership experience within hospitality, QSR, retail or franchising

Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed teams

Strong commercial capability with experience driving sales and profitability

Exceptional coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills

Experience leading change and operating in high-growth environments

A strategic mindset balanced with a hands-on, action-oriented approach

Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel nationally
