In this role, you'll:
You will be involved in managing end-to-end School Student Transport Scheme (SSTS) appeals processing, to ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
You will support the coordination of logistics for Opal cards and related materials, including ordering, tracking, stock control and reconciliation.
You will be responsible for maintaining case records and engaging with stakeholders including external customers, providing clear communication while identifying process improvements across appeals and logistics.

About you
You have experience in customer operations or appeals processing within a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of decision-making frameworks.
You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters and deliver clear, customer-focused outcomes.
You are highly organised and detail-oriented with experience in logistics, inventory or administrative processes, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
