We’re a family‑owned landscape maintenance business with a strong client base and a reputation for reliable, high‑quality service. We’re looking for a hands‑on assistant to join our growing team in a permanent part‑time position.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting both commercial and residential maintenance jobs, including:
- Mowing, trimming, whipping, hedging, and pruning
- Spraying and general garden clean‑ups
- Basic site prep and tidy‑ups
- Working independently on smaller jobs once trained
This role is ideal for someone who prefers working by themselves, enjoys taking ownership of their work, and is confident managing tasks solo. It’s a physically active, outdoor job where you can get into a rhythm and take pride in the results you create.
Requirements
- Driver’s licence
- Previous experience in landscaping, mowing, or property maintenance
- Confident reversing and towing a trailer
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable, punctual, and well‑organised
- Good communication and a positive attitude
