Applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, be fully available every Wednesday & Thursday, and work either Monday or Friday each week. You must be available to start at 8:30am or finish at 8:30pm when required. We are looking for reliable, punctual individuals who consistently attend their rostered shifts and arrive ready to perform. Student applicants are welcome, provided they can meet these requirements year-round, including during exam periods

About the Role
As a Telephone Debt Collector, you will:
- Speak with customers regarding outstanding accounts
- Negotiate repayment arrangements and solutions
- Handle challenging conversations professionally and respectfully
- Work towards individual and team performance goals
- Help customers find practical pathways to resolve their accounts

Our Operating Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 8:30pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
To effectively support our clients and customers, we require staff who can work during the hours our business operates.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Be available for a minimum of 18 hours per week
- Be fully available on Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Be available to work either a Monday or Friday shift
- If available to work Friday must be able to finish at 5pm
- Be able to commit to the role for at least 18 months
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Be able to reliably attend every rostered shift
Availability Expectations
We roster staff based on customer demand and business requirements.
This means:
- If you wish to work morning or day shifts, you must be available to commence at 8:30am when required
- If you wish to work afternoon or evening shifts, you must be available to work until 8:30pm when required
- If you want to work a Friday shift, you must be available until 5pm
- Availability should be genuine and consistent, not simply preferred hours
We are looking for people who understand that when they commit to a shift, their team is relying on them to be there.

Many of our successful team members are students, however the role requires:
- Consistent availability throughout the year
- A minimum commitment of 18 hours per week
- Full Availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Able to work either Monday or Friday Shift
- Understand you play a significant role in the business & unplanned absence for rostered shifts negatively impacts the business.
- The ability to manage exams, assignments, social commitments and work responsibilities without frequent schedule changes
- Can start at 8:30am if required, should you be doing a day shift.
If your study commitments regularly prevent you from meeting rostered shifts, this role may not be the right fit.
