We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused HR Truck Driver to join our warehouse and delivery team. The position involves delivering palletized food ingredients to customers across Sydney and surrounding areas while maintaining high standards of safety, product care and customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete daily deliveries according to the assigned run sheet and delivery schedule.
- Conduct vehicle pre-start checks and promptly report defects or maintenance requirements.
- Check each load against delivery paperwork before leaving the warehouse.Assist with loading and unloading palletised products using appropriate equipment.
- Ensure loads are correctly positioned, restrained and transported safely.Maintain truck cleanliness and hygiene to protect food products during transport.
- Deliver the correct products, quantities and pallets to each customer.Obtain signed delivery documentation and upload accurate Proof of Delivery records after each delivery.
- Handle CHEP and LOSCAM pallets correctly, including collecting and completing pallet-transfer documentation where required.
- Communicate professionally with customers, warehouse staff and the operations team.
- Report delays, access restrictions, damaged stock, delivery discrepancies or rejected goods immediately.
- Follow Knoxx Foods’ safety, food-quality, HACCP and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, order preparation and vehicle loading when required.
- Represent Knoxx Foods professionally when dealing with customers and delivery sites.
Skills and requirements:
- Current Australian HR driver licence with a good driving record.Experience driving an HR truck and completing metropolitan delivery runs.
- Good knowledge of Sydney and surrounding delivery areas.Experience transporting palletised goods; food or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Sound understanding of load restraint, vehicle safety and fatigue-management requirements.
- Ability to safely perform manual-handling duties.Comfortable using a mobile phone or delivery application for run sheets, communication and Proof of Delivery.Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-service skills.Valid forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to start early when required; Knoxx Foods’ delivery operations generally commence from the warehouse in the morning.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
