Hiring for our customer. We are seeking a senior D365 Finance & SCM Functional Consultant who will initially play a hands‑on delivery role while also being accountable for building and scaling the Finance & SCM practice. This role combines functional consulting excellence with ownership of delivery quality, methodology, and practice growth.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Delivery (Initial Focus)
- Lead end‑to‑end functional delivery for D365 Finance and SCM implementations.
- Own solution design, functional specifications, configuration, testing, training, and go‑live support.
- Act as the trusted advisor to customers on Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting) and SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Order Management).
- Ensure delivery quality, scope control, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Practice Build & Accountability
- Define and standardise delivery templates, best practices, and implementation methodology for Finance & SCM.
- Support presales with solution design, estimates, and RFP responses.
- Mentor junior consultants and help build a scalable delivery team.
- Be accountable for practice outcomes: delivery quality, billable utilisation, and customer success.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in ERP functional consulting, with strong D365 Finance & SCM experience.
- Deep functional knowledge of D365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Proven experience owning functional delivery end‑to‑end.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to balance hands‑on consulting with leadership and practice ownership.
- Experience working in Microsoft partner or consulting environments preferred.
Certifications (Required or Highly Desired)
- MB‑310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
- MB‑330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant
- Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (MB‑700) – desirable
- Microsoft Partner accreditation experience – desirable
Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
