This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the community, supporting older Australians to stay independent in their own homes while building genuine, down-to-earth connections.

What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same. You’ll be out and about, helping clients with day-to-day tasks such as:
- Personal care and respite support
- Driving clients to appointments or the shops
- Meal preparation and general household tasks
- Light yard work and home maintenance
- Assisting with medication where required
- Recording visits and updates using mobile apps
What we’re looking for
You’re someone who:
- Is dependable and gets the job done
- Is comfortable working independently
- Doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Has strong communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- A reliable, insured vehicle
- Basic tech skills
- Valid Australian working rights
