We're looking for an exceptional culinary professional to join our hospitality group on a 6-month consulting contract to help create something truly special.
If you've built successful kitchens, developed memorable menus, mentored teams, and enjoy the challenge of taking a concept from idea to execution, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is perfect for a chef who thrives on creating, teaching and building systems, then handing over a successful operation before moving on to the next exciting challenge.
About the Role
You'll work alongside our leadership team to develop and launch an exciting new dinner concept within an established and growing hospitality group.
Your role will include:
- Designing an innovative, commercially successful dinner menu.
- Creating recipes, specifications and kitchen systems.
- Establishing kitchen workflows, procedures and service standards.
- Selecting equipment and optimising kitchen layout where required.
- Recruiting, mentoring and training the kitchen team.
- Leading the launch of dinner service and ensuring operational excellence.
- Working closely with management to build a sustainable and profitable operation.
- Passing on your knowledge so the team can continue your vision long after you've completed the project.

- Extensive experience leading successful restaurants.
- Exceptional menu development skills.
- Strong commercial understanding of food costs, labour and profitability.
- The ability to mentor and inspire teams.
- A passion for creating systems that actually work.
- High standards and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence to challenge ideas and bring innovative solutions.
