Role Summary
Fit Futures is seeking an outstanding Primary PE Teacher for our Marrickville-area programs, starting Term 3, 2026.
As the newest member of Fit Futures, you'll join our team of dedicated PDHPE and primary school teachers delivering enjoyable, engaging, and fun lessons to children. Our staff are committed to helping students maintain a positive attitude, develop their skills, and build confidence.
Many of our programs run on a consistent weekly basis throughout the term, so you'll be teaching the same classes and working with the same students and teachers each week. It's a genuine taste of school life — without the responsibility of full teaching duties or lengthy end-of-year reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day teaching, learning and instruction.
- Instructing students in the delivery of various physical education curriculum components
- Implementing high quality age-appropriate lessons for primary school children.
- Promotion of the Fit Futures Brand to grow the company.
- Unlock students' true potential, preparing them for unlimited success.
- Engage effectively with students, teaching staff, and colleagues, aligning with Fit Futures philosophy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education
- DET number
- NESA Accreditation (Some positions require only NESA)
- Availability during school hours of 8:30-3:30 pm
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Punctuality and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fun, energetic, thoughtful, and ambitious.
Preferred but not required:
- Gymnastics/Athletics/FMS/Ball Skills teaching experience: 1 year
- Level 1 or higher coaching accreditation in Gymnastics and Athletics particularly.
- Driver's Licence and own transport
