About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to take ownership of our Supply food offer, working Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 7:00pm.
This is more than just a customer service role. You'll be responsible for helping create an inviting food experience by preparing and presenting fresh food, serving great coffee, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring your area of the store is always looking its best.
Your day will include:
- Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality food
- Delivering friendly and genuine customer service
- Making great coffee and beverages
- Processing customer transactions
- Maintaining merchandising displays and store presentation
- Keeping food preparation areas clean, organised and well stocked
- Following food safety, operational and safety procedures
- Taking pride in owning and continuously improving your area of the business
Our stores operate seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. While this role is Monday to Friday, flexibility to occasionally cover shifts across our stores is highly valued. Reliable transport is essential to ensure you can travel to and from work safely.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in your work, and genuinely enjoys looking after customers.
You'll also bring:
- Experience in hospitality, food preparation or a similar customer-focused role
- A passion for creating fresh, well-presented food and quality coffee
- Outstanding customer service skills with a people-first approach
- Cash handling and point-of-sale experience
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
- A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to assist with shift swaps or provide support across other sites when required
