Silverwater store is looking for a full-time permanent
Retail Sales Specialist to join the team. This role is ideal for a tool enthusiast who excels at building customer relationships and performs at their best in a high-energy retail environment.
What You Need to Succeed
- Drive to exceed daily sales targets through solutions-based sales
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Ability to build genuine relationships and deliver great service
- Pride in your professional presentation and store standards
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and team-first mindset
- Eagerness to learn, improve, and build strong product knowledge
- Basic computer skills to complete everyday system and sales tasks
- Retail, sales, or trade experience is highly regarded, but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with product advice
- Processing sales, transactions, and customer orders through our POS
- Promoting specials, deals, and relevant product add-ons
- Building strong product knowledge through ongoing training
- Maintaining store presentation, cleanliness, and aisle standards
- Supporting a high-performance sales culture focused on service and results
- Working a stable 5/6-day fortnightly roster, including one weekend day each week
