The Opportunity
Veris are looking for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our Accounts team!
This is a full-time position based at our busy office located in Jolimont WA working with both the accounts receivable and accounts payable team. Training and mentoring will be provided so a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn will be key for you to succeed.
REM banding is $55,000-$65,000 for this opportunity.
To succeed in this role you must be professional and positive with excellent communication skills. Reporting to the Head of Finance Services you will work as part of a small team of looking after our accounts nationally.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Applying daily account payments
- Performing general administrative duties
- Directing client queries to the appropriate person internally.
- Following up clients for payment via email and telephone
- Supplier invoice processing.
- Payment run creation (local & international).
- Supplier account reconciliation.
- Creation of Supplier accounts in the ERP (including credit applications).
- Expense claim & credit card processing.
- Resolving issues, invoice discrepancies and dealing with queries
